Owners are encouraged to open and use Appfolio ,an online application. Appfolio is a convenient way for owners to manage their account, report common area maintenance requests, upload documents, communicate with management company and submit any concerns.
Owners can request to create an account on the "Residents" page of this website. Yearly updates of required documents can be uploaded or submitted at the gatehouse. Owners can also reach the management company via phone and/or email.
